Jason brings to Ascentium over 15 years of experience in the Internet sector in a variety of technical, entrepreneurial and business leadership positions. Most recently, he was responsible for the Microsoft practice at Blackstone Technology Group. Prior to Blackstone, he served as VP of Professional Services at Taos Mountain, Inc., a storied staff augmentation firm in the Bay Area specializing in high-end system administrators. Before joining Taos, Jason was Founder and CEO of Plurimi, a software company providing real-time demand asset management software to the electricity industry. Prior to his startup, Jason held a number of operational positions at Niku, I/PRO, Symbio (which he also founded), and Stanford University. Jason has helped sell to and support a wide variety of enterprise clients throughout his career in a number of sectors, including Cisco, Mercury Interactive, California ISO, Tokyo Gas, Ford, Intel, Palmsource, Archstone, Netscape, Yahoo!, the Dept. of Defense, and Pacific Gas and Electric. Jason holds a BA in Psychology from Stanford University.
